I was watching some show on the Create Network, which is some PBS channel fulla cooking shows and travel ads masquerading as educational travel shows, e.g., Spanish Adventures, made possible by a grant from Spain.

I'm watching Steve's Mexican Adventures. Steve's grey beard-carpet doesn't match the head-drapes. Steve's in Medina, known for the culinary influence of its Lebanese immigrants, including baba ganoush on the tapas bar and roasted pumpkin seed hummus.

Several times today my redesign of Federal policy was interrupted by thoughts of baba ganoush and roasted pumpkin seed hummus. I need to make some roasted pumpkin seed hummus. Just thought I'd share.
