Weight equivalencies for volume measurements for common cooking ingredients?

Alton Brown's books have weight equivalencies for his liquid measurements. I love this, 'cos I can just weigh everything on a digital scale, get everything just right, and I only have to wash one bowl. Is there a book that lists weight equivalencies for volume measurements for common cooking ingredients?

I dunno, but if you find one let me know..

speaking of cookbooks, I came across one recently put out by Carnie Wilson. I can appreciate the fact after gastric bypass a lot of us want to just put it in the past and live as normal as possible lives.. but most of the recipes were completely inappropriate for people who've had weight loss surgery :/ Then she puts a little teeny section in the back that says "i didn't forget about bypass patients! Try this omlette! and don't eat more than a bite of everything else!" pschaw.
