Memphis Mimosa

In 1998, I had a potluck bar in my house.  Someone donated a case of Zima I had to get rid of.  I created a drink called the Memphis Mimosa:

12 oz. Zima
2 oz. Triple Sec

Mix cubed ice, Triple Sec and Zima in a Boston Shaker. Add Tang
concentrate as indicated on Tang container for twelve ounces of Tang.
Shake and strain into hurricane glasses. Hold a stirring spoon
under the shaker as you pour to catch un-dissolved particles of Tang.
Garnish with a cherry: never garnish this drink with an orange or
other citrus.
