Feeling good.

I've now had two days of feeling healthy in the morning. I think I'm getting a lasting benefit of avoiding fast food and restaurants and eating only my own food.

I now give you my Shrove Tuesday Pancake Recipe

I now give you my Shrove Tuesday Pancake Recipe, the result of many trials and tears.

They're Shrove Tuesday pancakes because they maximize the use of the eggs one would forego during Lent.

120g Original Bisquick mix
1/2 cup (aka 115 grams) milk
3 eggs
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE, just until it barely forms a batter, leaving some dry clumps. Fry on skillet greased with butter or butter-flavored shortening, or better yet, a mix of butter and butter-flavored shortening. Makes 3 large pancakes.
