First Post-Thanksgiving workout

The hard part about the first post-Thanksgiving workout is going into the gym the following Monday fat, slow, and saturated with sugar.

The hard part about cooking at Thanksgiving is going into the gym the following Monday fat, slow, and saturated with sugar, with sore feet from hustling around the kitchen before you even get on the treadmill.

The gym smells like gravy. Better there than the Pink Lighthouse.*
