What Brooklyn has taught me in 36 hours

1) Human life is not a miracle.

2) Volume does not substitute for intelligence.

3) When a real estate agent refers to an area as a "Creative District," that's a synonym for "Ghetto with Books."

The only thing I ever learned from Brooklyn is that it's good for short visits only. I like to go to the whole NYC area just long enough to ride a couple of subways and get russian chocolates at Brighton Beach.

Damn right! I had my first bagel with lox at Potion Cafe. It was so big I had to leave some bagel on the plate. I don't think I've ever left bagel on the plate before. Potion Cafe rocks.
