loaned me his pasta maker so I could make the ravioli I made at The Folk School
last week. Made the dough, rolled it out, filled ravioli with turkey pepperoni and a chunk of mozzarella, boiled it, fried it in olive oil, and dropped them into a bowl of grated parmesan so the parmesan melted on the ravioli. Sauteed some garlic in oil and salt and added crushed tomatoes for a sauce. Hells yeah.
