Weight/volume equivalencies of ingredients.  If you determine the weight in grams of your favorite recipe ingredients you can weigh everything in one bowl like restaurants and hotels.  I find the gram weights to be more accurate than teaspoons and fluid ounces (at least the way I measure.)
