Cooked the 2nd whole chicken of my life.

Cooked the 2nd whole chicken of my life. The last one was 1989. This time I found the gizzard and neck and removed them (why stuff a bird if it's already full?)

Garlic Rosemary Side-Roasted Chicken (left side up 25 min., then right side up 25 min, then breast up 30 min.)
