What you think is what you feel. - There is neither good not ill but thinking makes it so - Shakespe

Today's random affirmation: What you think is what you feel. - There is neither good not ill but thinking makes it so - Shakespeare

I'm having trouble applying my debt reduction skills to saving money, but I'm gonna think about the opportunity to have a budget and savings and an allowance, so I can stop feeling angry about my trouble applying debt reduction skills to saving money, and instead start feeling grateful about the opportunity to have a budget and savings and an allowance.

Today I start recording everything I spend money on to find opportunities (to save more money - that's the mindset!), find an lawnmowing service (so I can look forward to the weekends), call SmarTrip (so I can drive the toll road through the express lane), and reserve a rental car (so we have a car on vacation).

That's the work to get what I want, formerly known as The Tedium I Have To Do. The rest of it's fun - making music and fried pie. I was too tired this weekend to navigate the multitrack recorder, but I didn't get mad about it.

New rule: I'm not allowed to get mad while I'm doing something fun.
