Once I mix the bass part and record drums and vocals, ican master Blue Bayou and get on with my life. The song just repeats the same four notes. I've tried so hard to take the song in an interesting direction I've been listening to the song as my workout music.
I'm being a good doo-bee and taking useful notes as I learn the audio recording software. I even asked the Audacity Wikimistress for editorial access so I can share my workarounds and maybe contribute to the documentation for the next release. I think it might be fun to be the tech writer at a coding marathon, trying to write user instructions for functions that are thirty seconds old.
After Blue Bayou I'll start fixing D.I.V.O.R.C.E., which has that same unvarying-four-beat-march problem. Marcus Aureolus is having all the fun working on Crazy Train (For Feeling So Lonely.) Maybe I'll put him on fixing D.I.V.O.R.C.E. so I can start Wichita Lineman. I'd like to mashup Wichita Lineman with some metal song that has similar stalking themes in the lyrics, like AC/DC's "Night Prowler."
If you have any ideas for Blue Bayou lemme know. Bitte mein damen und herren!
