Memphis Mimosa

In 1998, I had a potluck bar in my house.  Someone donated a case of Zima I had to get rid of.  I created a drink called the Memphis Mimosa:

12 oz. Zima
2 oz. Triple Sec
Tang

Mix cubed ice, Triple Sec and Zima in a Boston Shaker. Add Tang
concentrate as indicated on Tang container for twelve ounces of Tang.
Shake and strain into hurricane glasses. Hold a stirring spoon
under the shaker as you pour to catch un-dissolved particles of Tang.
Garnish with a cherry: never garnish this drink with an orange or
other citrus.

This recipe is now all over the Web.

I feel full of purpose.

We miss the potluck bar.

We don't miss the Zima.

And, just to be clear, we neither brought the Zima nor think the Zima contributed to the end of the potluck bar.
